As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I have provided bilingual therapy to children, teens and adults dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I work from a wellness model that honors the innate wisdom and resiliency of my clients. I strive to provide services that are respectful and sensitive to my clients’ special developmental needs, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, religion and spirituality, gender, and sexual orientation.

I have a passion for traveling, culture and language. I have studied and lived abroad in Granada, Spain and Cusco, Peru, which enabled me to become fluent in Spanish. In addition to traveling, my interests include yoga, hiking, cooking, and spending time with my friends, family, and pets.
